At Divinity Decor, we understand that sometimes online purchases may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a hassle-free guarantee to all our customers, backed by customer-friendly return and refund policies.
Please carefully review product details before placing your order.
Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product / Manufacturing Defect:
If your product is damaged or falls under any of the conditions listed above, we are happy to provide a replacement. Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp, including photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a return pickup. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit. The returned item will undergo a quality check to confirm the issue is our responsibility. Products should be returned in their original packaging with price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, invoices, etc.
For incomplete products or missing items, we will send the missing parts after verification.
Didn't Like the Product / Size Not as Expected / Changed Mind / No Longer Needed:
While we strive to deliver top-quality products, slight variations in appearance and finish may occur due to the nature of art products. Colors shown on our website are as accurate as possible, but may vary slightly depending on your screen.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 5 days of delivery. Please email us within this period to arrange a return pickup. Products must be returned in their original packaging with price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, invoices, etc. Ensure the package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Returned items will be checked for their original condition. If the product is not in its original condition, the return will be rejected, and the product will be sent back to you at your expense.
Upon passing the quality check, a refund will be processed. A 20% deduction will be applied for return shipping costs.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be reversed to your original payment method. For COD orders, you will need to provide your account details for the refund. COD charges are non-refundable, and only the product cost will be refunded. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
DIY Painting Kits:
Once a DIY painting kit has been used, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. Refunds or replacements are only processed for unused kits with all parts returned, following the policies above.
Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order, please contact us via WhatsApp. Orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch at no extra cost if you notify us within 24 hours. Cancellations beyond this period will incur a 20% deduction for return shipping costs and a 3% transaction charge for prepaid orders. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Custom Product Orders:
Custom products created at your request are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items received. For these issues, contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
