What does Divinity Decor sell?

We sell home and wall decor, mainly canvas paintings across themes such as Buddha, animals and horses, birds, modern and abstract art, landscapes and devotional art. We also sell round wall hangings and wall clocks.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders within India.

How soon will my order be dispatched?

Most paintings (non-handmade), wall decals and photo frames are dispatched within 1 working day. Handmade paintings and wooden items such as wall shelves, wall hangings and clocks are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Large orders may take longer, and we will share the estimated dispatch time once your order is confirmed.

How long does delivery take within India?

Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days from the date of shipping, depending on product size and location. Smaller items in major metro cities can arrive sooner.

Which courier partners do you use?

We ship with FedEx and Delhivery. For remote areas where they do not deliver, we may use India Post Speed Post.

How can I track my order?

Tracking details are shared once your order has shipped. You can also check your order on our Track your Order page or message us on WhatsApp at +91 89208 01591.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping costs ₹2,000 on orders below ₹10,000 and is free on orders of ₹10,000 or more. Delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are payable by the buyer.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available within India. A COD charge may apply and is shown at checkout. COD charges are non-refundable.

What if my product arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete?

Contact us on WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a return pickup and send a replacement after a quality check. For missing parts, we send the missing items after verification.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes, within 5 days of delivery. Email us to arrange a pickup. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with tags, labels and invoice. After a quality check, we refund the amount minus a 20% deduction for return shipping. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method; for COD orders, we refund the product cost to your bank account. Refunds take 5–7 working days to reflect.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp. Cancellations within 24 hours of ordering are free. After 24 hours, a 20% deduction for shipping costs applies, plus a 3% transaction charge on prepaid orders. Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.

Can I return a DIY painting kit?

Only if it is unused and complete. Used DIY kits cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you make custom paintings or take bulk orders?

Yes. For custom designs, custom sizes or bulk orders for offices, hotels and gifting, message us on WhatsApp at +91 89208 01591. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except when the item received is wrong or damaged.

Will the painting look exactly like the photo?

We make every effort to show colours accurately, but slight variations in shade and finish can occur because of screen settings and the nature of art products.
